Mr. Benjamin Haynes is a licensed general contractor in the States of California and Florida. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry having performed as a foreman, estimator, and project manager for various construction firms. From 2002 to 2015 he owned and operated BHC Construction, Inc. In 2015 he became a Principal at Haynes & Associates, LLC.
Mr. Haynes' experience as a project manager includes large construction projects, such as the high-rise reinforced concrete library building at Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL and The Lincoln, an eight-story business complex in Miami, FL. Other significant projects under Mr. Haynes' supervision were custom homes, apartments, public schools, tilt-up concrete buildings, and hotels. Mr. Haynes has considerable experience and knowledge in the construction of concrete, stucco, masonry and asphalt pavement parking lots and roadways.
Mr. Haynes holds a Building Inspectors License by ICC (International Code Council). He functioned as the lead independent building inspector on Rinker Material's portland cement manufacturing plant in Miami, FL, and other projects, which included housing developments and commercial projects.
Mr. Haynes is a member of the American Concrete Institute and a member of the International Code Council.
